Barents Sea West Forum

08 December 2015

MCG Barents Sea West Forum is a geologically driven/oriented forum that will focus on the exploration opportunities in the western part of the Barents Sea. This highly prolific and under-explored area will play a key role in the development of the Barents Sea as the future main oil and gas producing province on the Norwegian Continental Shelf.

MCG will, together with Academia (NTNU and UiS) and industry partners, share new ideas and geological knowledge from the Barents Sea West.

The Barents Sea West forum will be held in the morning before the Hydrocarbon Habitats Seminars in Oslo, 5 April 2016, and in Stavanger, 7 April 2016. The seminars will be held at the Oslo Kongressenter (Oslo) and Clarion Air Hotel (Stavanger). Please note that you have to register for the MCG Barents Sea West Forum and the Hydrocarbon Habitats Seminar separately.

The event will be held exclusively for oil companies. Invitations will be sent out in the beginning of February 2016.

Please contact us for further details or if you would like to participate.
